1994-97: Production technician in "Polo Norte" ice cream parlour, Rome.
1995: Degree in ice cream production techniques, hotel management school of Senigallia.
1997: Second degree in ice cream production techniques, hotel management school of Senigallia.
1997-99: Owner of I Tropicy, ice cream parlour, Rome.
1999-2004: Owner of Stortini, ice cream parlour, Valencia.
2004-2010: Gerogelato School’s head master. Advisor to various companies in Italy, Spain, Brazil and the U.S.A.
2007-2010: Profesional colaboration with the spanish ice cream review "Helado Artesano".
